Hi All

I'm a Sri Lankan & like to have your ideas about martial arts. What is your one? What part of the world is most popular for it. Is it a traditional one or not....

  2. Hi,

Stephen here from Total Karate in England. I study Wado Ryu Karate which is a blend of Okinawan Karate and old school Japanese Jujutsu. It was first demonstrated by the founder Hironori Ohtsuka, in the 1930s. Wado is very popular in Britain and around Europe. As you can guess, Wado is a traditional fighting art.

My own training includes push hands and sanchin and tensho in addition to the traditional Wado Ryu methods.
